Special Events at Orzo Kitchen & Wine Bar are for social and business groups of 12 guests or more. The pre-selected menus are taken directly from the current seasonal menus used in the main dining room, although we will make every effort to accommodate special requests.

Maximum Seating Capacity:

  • 60 guests in the Galleria of the Main Street Market – $300 site fee (includes rental equipment).
  • 26 guests on the Loft – $100 site fee (includes use of integrated Audio/Visual including suspended LCD Projector and Pull Down 8′ Screen). Perfect for Presentations.
  • 20 guests Under Loft – Semi-private
  • 35 guests – Main Dining Room
  • 90 guests – Entire Restaurant
  • 150 guests – Entire Restaurant & Galleria

Dinner Menu Selection and Pricing:

  • 3 course set menu – $35 ++ / per person
  • 3 course set menu with passed or family style canapes – $43 ++ / per person

**Events of 15-30 people are limited to 5 entree choices

**Events of 30-40 people are limited to 3 entree choices

**Events of 40 or more people are limited to 2 entree choices

  • Cocktail Parties – $30++/person for 5 passed canapes over a 2 hour period.
  • Menu selections must be made no later than 1 week prior to the event
  • Wine selections must be made no later than 1 week prior to the event to ensure availability.

Reservation Confirmation, Agreement / Deposits, Guarantees & Cancellations:

  • A signed agreement and a deposit of $25 / pp confirms the reservation and is applied to the final bill
  • The deposit is nonrefundable upon contract signing as we will suspend selling the space on that specific date.
  • Your final guest count is required no later than 72 hours prior to your event date
  • Your final guest count is your guaranteed minimum and will be reflected in the final bill
  • Full payment is due at the conclusion of your event

Gratuity & Tax:

All food and beverage provided by Orzo Kitchen & Wine Bar are subject to a 20% service charge. These charges and all other ancillary provisions (flowers, music, rental equipment) are subject to a sales tax of 9%.
