I have been using Orzo for our Artist and Crew Hospitality backstage at the Charlottesville Pavilion now for several seasons. I could not be more happy with the quality and efficiency of their services.
Feeding a large number and varied range of individuals can be difficult, especially behind the scenes at a concert when I’m required to make sure everyone from the rock stars to the guys who push the road cases are happy and well fed. Orzo has consistently gone above and beyond in order to provide an incredible range of local, well prepared, fine dining meals that also hold up nicely on a catering line.
After almost every show, the weary tour bus travelers can’t stop telling me how much they enjoyed being served a nutritious, balanced, and tasty meal for a change. Orzo is also very flexible when it comes to dietary restrictions and menu changes. I have yet to come across a food request they couldn’t work with me on to ensure that everyone’s needs were met. Often, I hear that our venue has provided some of the best meals they’ve received while out on tour, which in turn makes every person’s long show day just that much easier.
I would not hesitate to recommend Orzo’s catering team for someone’s event, private party, or even office meal needs. They are a professional, reliable, and enjoyable team that I will definitely continue to utilize now and in the future.

Two years later and people still rave about the food at our wedding. We’ve had numerous guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! Ken and Charles were so fantastic to work with. The food was displayed beautifully and tasted even better. They helped us develop the most delicious menu and incorporated some of our favorites like an artichoke bar and late night mac n cheese. They truly went above and beyond to make our day so special. Having Orzo cater our wedding was the easiest and best decision we made!
